We will begin the afternoon with a presentation from TrendHR about PEO Companies, the services they provide, and how they can help your business.  Cindy Karm with Cutler-Smith, P.C. will follow TrendHR.  She will tell us about the HR Traps that Employers can fall into, including Hiring Best Practices, Employee vs. Independent Contractor, Payroll Deductions, Retaliation, ADA Compliance, FMLA Compliance, and Termination Best Practices.  Our day will end with David Hastings from Sunstate Equipment.  Sunstate Equipment has adopted some creative tactics to find labor, and they would like to share those ideas with you.  Registration includes Printed Materials, Validated Parking, and a Boxed Lunch.
