Let's get Legal with the Cutler Smith Team!  

Spike Cutler will kick things off with his presentatation The Perils of Subs Hiring Subs.  While there are many benefits to hiring a subcontractors to help you on a project, it also opens you up to more exposure and risk.  

Cindy Karm and Garrin Fant will follow Spike with their presentation Identifying Red Flags on Projects.  This presentation is full of suggestions to protect yourself and your company in the instance a project starts to go off the rails.
