SAM Annual Golf Tournament

Description

The SAM Annual Golf Tournament is one of our most anticipated events of the year—bringing together industry partners for a morning of competition, networking, great food, and fun on the course.

This year’s tournament features multiple interactive on-course activations provided by Backswing Golf Events, including Beat the Pro and the Drone Drop Game. Beat the Pro gives golfers the chance to test their skills against a professional golfer, with proceeds benefiting the Construction Industry Education Foundation (CIEF) Student Scholarship Fund. The Drone Drop Game adds a unique team challenge as players work together to drop a ball from a drone as close to the pin as possible, earning additional raffle tickets for a special Backswing Golf prize.

Golfers will also compete in classic tournament contests, including Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive, with winners recognized during awards and raffle drawings at the conclusion of play.

Players will enjoy breakfast tacos and fajitas for breakfast and lunch, receive two (2) drink tickets, and wrap up the day with awards and raffle prizes donated by our generous supporters.

Event Schedule

  • 7:00 a.m. – Registration Opens
  • 8:30 a.m. – Shotgun Start
  • 2:00 p.m. (tentative) – Awards & Raffle

Companies are encouraged to support this event through sponsorship opportunities or raffle item donations. Sponsorships provide excellent brand exposure while helping support SAM’s programming and CIEF’s student scholarship efforts

7:00 a.m. - Registration & Breakfast Tacos 8:30 a.m. - Shotgun Start Lunch will be provided followed by Awards.
