Description

This course is designed for project managers, estimators, and superintendents who want to strengthen jobsite coordination and project execution skills. Participants will explore best practices in project planning, trade collaboration, scheduling, and labor and material coordination to keep projects moving efficiently. Through practical discussion and real-world insight, attendees gain tools to improve communication between trades, reduce jobsite friction, and deliver successful projects from estimate through completion.
